# What is the course?
The DeoQuest Faith Course is a 10-session course that addresses real-life questions about Christian life. You can run it in your parish and community or use it for youth ministry, catechesis for adults and young people, with a group of friends or even online.
The course program includes:

Each session begins with #RELATE, connecting the theme to everyday life through a question or story. Then participants #LISTEN, receiving insights from Father Michel Remery and inspiring videos. The #THINK moment invites open dialogue within the group, encouraging personal reflection and honest sharing. Different #PRAY moments allow participants to pray in groups as well as silently. Finally, #ACT challenges participants to take concrete steps to apply what they’ve learnt in their daily lives.

The DeoQuest Faith Course sessions were modelled after the meetings of How to grow in faith. This extended formation course is designed for deeper exploration and is based on questions presented in the book Navigating with GOD (previously Tweeting with GOD).
The How to grow in faith meetings offer a similar structure to the DeoQuest Faith Course. The format is flexible and interactive, ideal for various group settings. The How to grow in faith handbook provides moderators with 23 ready-made sessions and the option for additional sessions.
